Upcoming classes in the Hart’s Butcher Shop

We’re back with another round of butcher classes at Hart’s. But trust us, these will sell out quickly. Our January classes sold out in less than a week!

beefBeef Butchery Classes

Learn how to break down a quarter of beef at home. Our butchers will teach you all of the techniques, and you’ll go home with 5 lbs of beef.

$90 per person. Classes are limited to 10 people each, and run 1-2 hours.


Sausage Making Classes

Back by popular demand! Learn everything you need to know to make your own sausages at home. Techniques covered include mixing and grinding, types of casings, safe handling measures, and tips for cooking. Plus you’ll go home with 3 lbs of sausage (that you made!)

$30 per person. Classes are limited to 10 people each, and run 1-2 hours. All tools and supplies provided.
